Dalton Deschain - Writer and Performer
Dalton Deschain is a Brooklyn musician and writer best known as the frontman of pulp-punk band Dalton Deschain & the Traveling Show, and one of the hosts of The Pod Universe, a narrative sci-fi podcast. They are also the creator of The B-69s, the world’s best and only band that covers modern pop songs in the style of the B-52s. Cemetery Sunset is their first musical.
Josh Reiter - Co-Creator and Director
Josh is a New York-based actor, producer, and director, bringing a multifaceted approach to storytelling. His performance credits span regional theaters like Saratoga Shakespeare Company, West Coast Jewish Theatre, and the Know Theatre of Cincinnati, as well as on-screen appearances in Peacock's Saved By The Bell, Nickelodeon's Warped!, BET's The Michael Blackson Show, and the feature Concessions (Mas Bodi), alongside voiceover dubbing for Netflix. Driven by a passion for project development, Josh is actively expanding his producing portfolio. He has produced Ze Follies Doree (Off-Broadway), Blanche in the Asylum, Faustine, and the upcoming Cemetery Sunset. He has served as Associate Producer for A Light in Dark Places (LA & Dallas) and Breaking & Entering Theatre Collective (NYC) since 2021, and recently established The Reiter Group LLC, his own producing company with multiple theatrical projects in development.
Alyssa Haddad-Chin - Script Consultant
Alyssa Haddad-Chin (she/her) is a Brooklyn-based, Lebanese American, playwright, educator, and arts facilitator from Upstate, NY. She is the recipient of the 2025 American Blues Theater Blue Ink Award for Playwriting and has been selected for the 2026 Colorado New Play Summit at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. Her work has been developed with NYTW, The Playwrights Realm, Clubbed Thumb, Mercury Store, Keen Company, Premiere Stages at Kean, The People’s Theatre, B Street Theatre, Capital Repertory Theatre, and others. She is the Company and Community Manager at Target Margin Theater, a Resident Artist at Breaking & Entering Theater Collective, a New Georges Affiliated Artist, and a member of the Dramatists Guild. Leo Blais - Associate Director
Leo Blais is a Brooklyn based actor, runner, writer, and spreadsheet lover. When he’s not running circles in Prospect Park, he’s working on a memoir based on his experience Thru-Hiking the Appalachian Trail in 2024. On Mondays, he can almost always be found at Dram-o-Rama, a weekly play-reading group (@dramoramanyc). In 2026, he’ll be production managing POTUS and Cabaret at the Santa Fe Playhouse.

Lydia Brinkman - Lighting Design & Board Op
Lydia Brinkmann is a New York-based lighting designer, producer, and dramaturg dedicated to bringing new, vital, experimental works to life. She was a founding member of the Spade Collective in Brooklyn, NY and The Urban Bastard Collective in Norman, OK. She is currently the resident Lighting Designer for Shades Dance Theater and has been a resident technician at Frigld Theater NY, Brooklyn Comedy Collective, and, most recently, The Rat NYC. Her design work has been seen at Theater 71, Playhouse 46, IRT, The Chaddick Center for the Arts (ATL), Mason Hall, Teatro Latea, The Tank, The Kraine Theater, Adult Film, and Under St. Marks. Sarah Norcross - Sound Design
Sarah Norcross is a New York-based composer and sound designer focused on making the experimental accessible to a wider audience. Her compositions have been heard at The Center at West Park, the Polyphone Festival for New Musicals, the National Gallery of the Arts, Catholic University of America, Carnegie Mellon University, and others. She was nominated for awards at both the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the NY Theatre Festival. She has designed sound for Columbia University, The Tank, The Spade, The Chain, and Adult Film. Emily (or Bubeck, whatever name is easiest for you) is a Queer, Catholic, Appalachian; Theatre Fiber & Performance Artist. She’s a Co-Founder and Co-Artistic Director of Breaking & Entering Theatre Collective, and by day she’s the Development Associate at New Dramatists. emilybubeck.com
Michael Ortiz - AARON - Producer
Michael Ortiz (he/him) is an multi-hyphenate theater artist hailing from the state of Florida. He has been a resident with Breaking & Entering since the collective's inception, and he now serves as Co-Artstic Director alongside Emily Bubeck and Molly van der Molen. He is a co-founder of The Fled Collective and he currently produces and hosts SERIALS, an episodic late-night short play competition series. Michael is a firm believer in community building over networking and is passionate about the cultivation of new work and creating opportunities for underrepresented artists, particularly queer artists and artists of color. He is an avid gamer, a home cook, and lover of all things spooky. Hit him up if you ever want to talk D&D or learn to play the spoons!
Molly Van Der Molen -
Producer
Molly Van Der Molen (she/her) is a playwright, director and creative producer based in NYC and the SF Bay Area. She’s a proud Co-Artistic Director of Breaking & Entering Theatre Collective and the Company Associate at Shotgun Players in Berkeley, CA. Molly is dedicated to curating opportunities for emerging artists and envisions a sustainable future for theatre that is radically collaborative, equitable and doesn’t shy away from what’s true. She’s a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College and a die hard lover of ice cream.
