Dom Martello - Playwright
Dom Martello (they/she) is a transfemme playwright based in NYC. Their work has been developed at Syracuse University, The Road Theater, The Elif Collective’s FireWorks Lab, The Strides Collective’s Emerging Playwright Program, and The Workshop Theater. They are a 2024 O’Neill NPC semi-finalist for their play RED TIDE. The intersections of levity, interrogation, and transformation are the central tenets of their practice. They are beginning Brooklyn College's MFA in Playwriting in the fall.
Paul McGill - Director
is an acclaimed choreographer and director known for his work across Broadway, film, television, and concert dance. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, he made his Broadway debut at 17 in La Cage aux Folles (2004), and went on to perform in A Chorus Line (Mark), Memphis, Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, and Bullets Over Broadway. On screen, he is best known for playing Kevin in the 2009 remake of Fame, with additional appearances in the Oscar- and BAFTA-winning documentary Man on Wire, NBC’s Smash, and Nickelodeon’s Victorious. As a choreographer, Paul shaped the physicality of John Cameron Mitchell, Darren Criss, Michael C. Hall, Taye Diggs, Andrew Rannells, and Neil Patrick Harris in Hedwig and the Angry Inch on Broadway. Off-Broadway credits include The Legend of Georgia McBride (NAACP, Astaire, and LA Ovation Awards), See What I Wanna See, and Which Way to the Stage. Regional credits include Tick, Tick… BOOM! (Kennedy Center, directed by Neil Patrick Harris), La Cage aux Folles (Barrington Stage), and The Music Man (Asolo Rep). Film and television work includes Etoile (Amazon Prime), Annie Live! (NBC), RuPaul’s Drag Race, and training Laverne Cox for The Rocky Horror Picture Show (FOX). He has collaborated with music artists including FKA twigs, Dora Jar, and Mila Jam. He works closely with Christopher Wheeldon, restaging Carnival of the Animals for New York City Ballet and serving as Associate Director of Dance for Festival PAAX in Mexico. Most recently, he shadowed Stephen Daldry on Broadway’s Stranger Things: The First Shadow. (she/her) is a NYC-based choreographer, theatre artist, and percussionist committed to supporting the development of bold new works. (she/her) is a playwright, director and creative producer based in New York City and the SF Bay Area. She’s a resident artist and proud Co-Artistic Director of Breaking & Entering Theatre Collective and the Company Associate at Shotgun Players in Berkeley, California. Recent collaborations include the Ground Floor at Berkeley Rep; Um…, co-written with Alexandra Fortin, which virtually premiered at the Greenwich Odeum and GIRLHOOD with B&E and The Tank, NYC. Molly facilitates big ensemble pieces that paint honest portrayals of women, explore queerness and unearth the ever-evolving definitions of family.
